1. Standard Cancellation

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in time will not incur any penalty. The full advance amount will be refunded.

2. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's room rate.

3. No-Shows

In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged to the credit card on file, and the room will be released for other guests.

4. Non-Refundable Rates

Certain promotional rates and special offers are non-refundable. For these bookings, cancellations or modifications are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
